Business Development Executive Job
Job Overview / Purpose
To extend BLU Flamingo’s global reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships.
Reports to:
General Manager / Managing Director
Responsibilities and Duties
To manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
To take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
To identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
To develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
To assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
To anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions.
To provide and participate in regular opportunities for professional development and growth of the team.
Person Specifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or a related field
Experience:
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
Experience in CRM software
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
