Account Manager Job

Job Overview / Purpose

To manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence

Reports to:

Senior Account Director

Responsibilities and Duties

To develop and maintain long term relationships with a portfolio of clients

To liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs whilst honoring the deadline given.

To manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with the clients

To identify new business opportunities for growth, with both new and existing clients

To manage the project scope and related budgets to ensure the business makes a +30% profit margin on all projects.

To set up the Client Project on our Blu Task workflow management system and ensure that the team is filling out their timesheets to assess project profitability

Person Specifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, or related field

Experience:

2-3 years in trafficking and ad operations in technology or a similar agency

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

Customer service and account management knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Exceptional time-management and organizational skills 

A keen eye for details
