The project scoping template should form the basis of the project kick off (this includes retainer clients). It creates the team structure and responsibilities and the actual project structure. It outlines how the project will be loaded onto Blu Task.
Please ensure that you copy this template for each new project. Please don't work into this one as it is a template!
