The most important decision you will ever make in your life is who you choose to marry. Don’t rush it and don’t ignore the signs of when that person is not right for you i.e does not respect you, is not proud to show you off to the world. A poor marriage affects our health- mental and physical and reduces our ability to succeed.

You always have work, all the time, you work long hours, even weekends. You don’t go out much, not in touch with friends or family and when you make it to see someone or attend an event, it feels like a huge personal sacrifice.
While seeking out my morning dose of inspiration, I came across a great article by Mike Myatt on Forbes that I think would be a good refresher for those of us that find ourselves in a position to lead, I always wonder why so many times I seldom hear good things about bosses- male or female and the sentence ‘leadership is broken’ made sense…
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: “I am blind, please help.” There were only a few coins in the hat. A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat.
Work has been ever so productive and busy and I am learning that the busier I get the better I have to become at delegating – because what people don’t tell you about delegation is that there is a method to it! No sense in requesting someone to do something who doesn’t have the skills or the tools, right?
